Currently completing a MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology and want to explore the notion of trauma, intergenerational trauma and mental wellbeing through practices of mindfulness, breathwork,  meditation and healing ceremonies. I am an authorised pioneer within the Church of England which means I am open to all spiritualities and none.
